Printed Straps

With minimum order quantities as low as 50 units for custom printed straps, we can print your business logo, brand or message on our top-quality Australian made sun glass straps free-of-charge, as part of your UV Wraps package deal.

The 380 mm x 25 mm strap come in a range of 10 colours designed to compliment the range of frame and lens colours of our glasses. Constructed from high grade black 2 mm neoprene, sandwiched between two layers of coloured jersey (the strap colour), both ends of the strap are running stitched with black poly/cotton, with the resulting ends designed to push on to (and grip) glass arm ends.

The straps are printed using a plastisol transfer process which bonds the ink to the jersey surface for a durable long lasting product.

Ink Colour

Minimum order quantities are 50 units for a single colour white print, or a minimum quantity of 250 if you require a single colour print in an ink colour other than white. Single colour printing is included as part of the standard cost, however for an additional cost, printing in up to 6 colours can be provided on orders over 500 units.

Strap Colour

In standard order quantities under 250, (minimum order 50 and multiples thereof) the strap colours are a mixture of 4 colours - 40% black, 20% navy blue, 20% spruce, and 20% maroon (all with white print).

On orders of more than 250 units we have a range of 10 colours that can be mixed within the order (minimum multiples of 10 within the order) or supplied as all one colour.

Design Work

We can design something for you from scratch - our basic art services are included in the price.

The maximum print area of available on the 380 mm x 25 mm strap for your design or logo is 200 x 12 mm with a minimum dot/line size allowing us to reproduce detail as small as 0.3 mm.

All art is e-mailed to you for approval, prior to the commencement of printing, and the turnaround time from approval of artwork and payment, to delivery to your door is 14-21 days.
